If There Is Ever An Issue
Signature Collection projects are built to last, and issues are not expected when the product is used and cared for correctly.
However, if a genuine warranty issue ever arises, DecKing will be there to assess it properly and deal with it quickly and fairly.​
You will not be left trying to work out whether something is a product issue or an installation issue. Because DecKing supplies and installs the Signature Collection, we provide one clear point of responsibility.

Where a valid Signature warranty issue is confirmed, DecKing will agree the appropriate solution.
Sensible Warranty Conditions
The Signature warranty is designed to protect customers against genuine Signature product or DecKing workmanship issues.
It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, third-party work, unauthorised alterations, unsuitable cleaning methods, lack of reasonable care, ground movement, extreme weather events or matters outside DecKing’s control.
As with any outdoor product, some normal weathering, surface ageing and colour change may occur over time. This does not automatically mean there is a warranty fault.
The purpose of the warranty is simple: to give long-term confidence in the Signature products DecKing supplies and the workmanship DecKing carries out.
