The homeowners on Cherry Lane wanted to bridge the gap between their modern interior and their garden without the "step-down" of a traditional deck or a step up into the garden. The goal was a high-end, flush-finish transition that felt like an extension of their living room—clean, level, and sophisticated.
The DecKing Solution

Achieving a perfectly level, sunken deck requires expert ground preparation and precision sub-frame engineering. We excavated the area to allow the Anthracite Composite Boards to sit perfectly flush with the threshold of the home.

The Seamless Transition: By sinking the deck, we created an "infinity floor" effect. There are no steps or raised edges, making it a safer, more modern space for entertaining.
The Result
The result is the Lymm Lifestye and Cheshire Charm all wrapped in our Classic Composite Decking. It's a sleek, contemporary deck that has completely transformed the property's rear elevation. By using our UV-Stable, Scratch-Resistant Composite decking. The family on Cherry Lane now has a low maintenance, eco friendly sanctuary that adds significant value to their home, whilst offering a luxurious, high quality finish to an erea they use daily.
