Project Story

Composite Dunster House Dominator Home Office in Great Sankey

This large Dunster House installation on Birchfield Road in Great Sankey, Warrington, created a dedicated home office separate from the main property. DecKing professionally installed the 7.5m × 3.5m composite Dunster House Dominator and completed the electrical installation with lighting, sockets and a heater.

The Challenge

The customer wanted a substantial home office that provided a dedicated working environment away from the distractions and limited space inside the main house.

At 7.5m × 3.5m, the composite Dunster House Dominator is a large garden building with multiple glazed doors and windows. Every structural section, composite panel, roof component and opening needed to align correctly across the full length of the building.

The garden room was supplied for installation onto an existing base. The project also required lighting, electrical sockets and heating so the finished office could be used as a practical working space.

The DecKing Solution

DecKing assembled the complete 7.5m × 3.5m composite Dunster House Dominator on the existing base.

Our team installed the main structure, composite wall panels, glazed doors and windows, roof system and external finishing components supplied with the building. Careful alignment across the full 7.5m frontage ensured that the multiple glazed sections and composite panels formed one clean, consistent elevation.

The electrical installation included internal lighting, sockets and a heater, providing the power, visibility and warmth required for regular home-office use.

By coordinating the complete building and electrical installation, DecKing delivered the garden office as one finished and functional project.

The completed composite Dunster House Dominator provides the customer with a large, dedicated home office within the garden.

The extensive glazed frontage brings natural light into the workspace, while the composite exterior creates a clean, modern and low-maintenance finish. Internal lighting, sockets and heating make the building practical for regular working throughout the year.

At 7.5m × 3.5m, the finished garden room provides substantial usable space without requiring an extension to the main property.

This Birchfield Road project demonstrates how a large customer-supplied Dunster House building can create a professional home-working environment through accurate assembly and a complete electrical installation.

Dunster House provides its own 10-year warranty for the building, while DecKing provides a separate 10-year workmanship warranty covering our installation.
