About the Role
Utilising the success and reputation of our local family run business, you’ll tailor our superior products and services to meet the unique needs of each business / customer.
Working from home or our Wharf Street Yard - You will undertake site visits and share product information with parks and customers. Preparing quotations and closing sales.
The role typically includes working Monday to Friday and some occasional weekends attending exhibitions and park visits or customers in peak season. You must be an outgoing, methodical, service focused and approachable individual, with great communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
A solid understanding of the products and services as well as its installation is essential for this role (we will provide relevant training so that you can excel in your role).
You should possess a strong desire for success and be prepared to work hard to achieve our growth targets.
You must be willing to keep up to date with the sector, park developments and business development opportunities. We seek sales representatives to increase our sales in our core markets; 1. Digital Retail Sales, 2. Trade Sales, 3. Caravan / Park Sales. Each Rep is responsible for managing their own sector / region and effectively running their own sales business. This is a commission only role, your success is fully dependent on your ability and drive - but the rewards are high, totally uncapped with high earning potential.
Requirements
Proven Track Record of success in commission only sales environment.
Strong organisational skills
Highly motivated
Self Starter
Full UK Driving Licence (with no points or previous bans or own vehicle with relevant insurance).
What We Offer
No upper limit, uncapped Commission, paid for 100% of your sales as well as Bonuses & Incentives. Paid weekly on a Friday (following cooling off period 14 days),
Uniform provided. Company vehicle or car/fuel allowance.
