Multi - Level Timber Transformation – Leonard Street, Stockton Heath
The Challenge
The homeowners on Leonard Street had a typical Stockton Heath challenge: a small, sloping outdoor yard that felt disconnected from the house. They needed a solution that provided a level entertaining area while managing the height transition to the rear of the property, all without making the space feel "boxed in." All with matching timber fencing & gates.
The DecKing Solution

We designed a bespoke, multi - level Premium Timber Deck that turns the slope into a feature rather than a problem.

The "Dual-Zone" Layout: By creating two distinct tiers, we separated the main dining area from the lower garden access, making the small footprint feel much larger and more functional.

Precision Joinery: In tight Stockton Heath gardens, every millimetre counts. We utilised our Premium Timber from the to ensure a rock-solid sub-frame that handles the elevation changes with ease.
